Cramp bark ( Viburnum opulus)
Northern prickly ash ( Zanthoxylum americanum)

What to do?
Use 5 g of northern prickly ash and 15 g of cramp bark to 750 ml of water to make a decoction. Rub it on to the affacted area or use 1 tsp and apply it in the same way.
Use 25 g of thyme to 750 ml of water to create an infusion. Put it into a bath and soak for 20 minutes.
