  • Slippery elm (ulmus rubra)

  • Arrowroot (Maranta cundinacea)

  • Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica)

  • Cinnamon

  • Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)

  • Galbanum (Ferula gummosa)

  • Anise (Pimpinella anisum)

What to do?

Use to heaped tsp with either slippery elm, arrowroot or iceland moss and create an infusion and mix with 100 ml water. Take 100 ml up to 4 times each day.

You can also mix 1 heaped tsp slippery elm powder with 3 tsp of cold water. Stir in 250 ml boling water and add a pinch of cinnamon. Drink 250 ml 3 times each day.

Use either 1 tsp of Galbanum, fennel or anise seeds and create an infusion and mix it with 750 ml water. Drink it throughout the day.
