St. john wort (hypericum perforatum)
Garlic (allium sativu)
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Lemon (Citrus limon)
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
What to do?
Use half a tsp of either echinacea or St. John’s wort tincture mixed with water 2 – 3 times a day. You can also take echinacea tablets as a alternative.
Eat 1 – 2 slices of fresh ginger 1 – 2 cloves of garlic each day.
Create a lemon balm infusion and drink up to 750 ml each day.
