  • Ginseng ( Panax ginseng)

  • Siberian ginseng ( Eleutheracocus)

What to do?

Chew 0,5 – 1 g of root each day, take ginseng tablets or use it in cooking.

You can also take 1 – 2 g Siberian ginseng capsules up to 2 times a day.  

 

Long term stress

 

Herbs

  • Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera)

What to do?

Use 3 g of root to 150 ml of water to crete a decoction and take during the day  or alternatively chew the same amount of root.
